Alastair & Candace built & opened Yoga Santosha in 2007 after moving back to Calgary from Canmore where they founded The Yoga Lounge.
After experiencing the profound effect that Ashtanga Yoga has had on their lives they feel a strong desire to make it available to everyone. They know that yoga is so much more than just the physical postures, the effects touch all parts of our lives. It is a gift to be shared with all!
