In this class, we will explore and build upon introductory techniques in breathwork and visual meditation with the intent of raising awareness or knowledge (vidya) of the subtle pranic energy body.This is a valuable opportunity for long term and short-term practitioners alike to expand and deepen their approach to both asana and the overall yoga practice. While classes will differ in approach, each will utilize extended breath work, some gentle asana,and moderate time sitting in meditation.
