The important question for me is, is the body a source for creating, for realizing yourself, for realizing what life is all about? You ask this question and you go where it takes you and then you ask another question and then again you follow. So this understanding of the body, of the unity within the body and the innumerable areas which it reveals to you is what I call realization.

Class Descriptions

Open Practice
Come and practice 'your' yoga with one of our teachers in the morning.
You can practice whatever style it is you are into, at your own pace. Our teacher will be available to assist you if you would like but will be doing their own practice in the mean time.
A great way to do your own practice with the energy of a group setting. There will be a class starting at 9:30am so you must be done Savasana in time for this class to begin.
Mysore/Open Practice
For new to experienced practitioners. Prior knowledge of the posture sequence is not necessary. Mysore is a class that offers individual instruction to students on a one to one basis. This class is great for people who are just beginning their practice of yoga. Our experienced teachers work individually with students as they move at their own pace through the postures. This class is good for people who are looking to work on specific openings or if they have injuries.

This is the perfect opportunity to get on your mat - even if you only have 30 minutes before work! Arrive any time after 7am - so long as you have time to finish your practice by 10am.
All levels, excellent for beginners, great for the experienced practitioner so they can start to work on the meditational aspects of the practice as they start to move at their own pace with adjustments.
We invite teachers of other traditions to practice their own sequences, if you would like adjustments just let the teacher know.
