Sasha Bahador


Sasha has been actively involved in the health and fitness industry for the past 10 years. After completing her degree in Kinesiology she set out on a journey discovering the potential of the human body working as a Trainer and Kinesiologist.

A few years ago she was introduced to the study and practice of Yoga, meditation and Reiki by a mentor causing an incredible awakening in her life. Ever since that time her appreciation of the human body has evolved to a deeper fascination with the power of the mind and spirit. The more she studied and practiced the ancient wisdom of these disciplines, the more she wanted to learn.

Sasha offers a highly integrated approach in her teaching style, fusing elements from Ashtanga to Restorative Yoga with emphasis on Pranayama (Breath), and meditation to bring about a joyous, fun and heart warming practice. She is also able to incorporate her knowledge and experience as a Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer to focus on proper alignment within each Asana (posture). Building a practice around the belief that "Bliss and Pain are only a few inches away from one another...when your body falls into perfect alignment within an Asana there is a distinct difference in how that pose will feel in your body".
